Job Summary
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Engineering or a related discipline a degree in Engineering with maintenance experience in station systems is an advantage
- A minimum of 8 years post-graduate relevant experience of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
Good interpersonal communication analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
- Oversee a wide range of maintenance support activities for building facilities systems / equipment specialized in Environmental Control System LV Electrical Services Fire and related areas
- Review the operational and maintenance practices conduct system performance analysis organise technical investigation and recommend safety & reliability improvement measures
- Coordinate outsourcing activities manage maintenance contracts improvement projects budgeting and cost control
- Conduct asset condition review formulate and review asset replacement strategy and prepare asset management reports
- Prepare maintenance & technical documents handle safety and quality issues and implement improvement works
- Provide support to special management engineering technical or analysis study or review as required
- Develop implement and review maintenance planning and control processes including preventive and corrective maintenance programs asset registration and monitor compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements
