PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

As the digital backbone of SAP the Corporate Processes & Information Technology organization is the cornerstone of SAPs strategic execution. Our mission is to drive operational efficiency and innovation by leveraging advanced Business AI solutions.

Our goal is to facilitate SAPs transformation enabling scalability and operational leverage. We strive for excellence through a customer-focused cloud operating model emphasizing customer adoption satisfaction and the streamlining of processes through optimization and automation.

We are searching for an IT professional with strength in agile practices to enable best in class IT solutions for our pay-per-use business processes.

What youll do:

Contribute to agile software delivery with a strong emphasis on quality.

Coordinate test preparation and execution to ensure thorough coverage.

Manage the defect lifecycle and maintain Jira statuses accurately.

Monitor test quality and ensure compliance with established standards.

Communicate test progress and any risks effectively to stakeholders.

Support business end-to-end (E2E) test execution activities.

Support team guidance and foster team development.

Identify opportunities for test automation to improve efficiency.

What you bring:

Academic degree in Information Technology or Software Engineering.

Experience in agile software development utilizing continuous testing continuous integration and potentially continuous deployment.

Solid understanding of software testing techniques and best practices.

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.

Self-motivated with a desire to learn new technologies and share knowledge.

Flexibility to collaborate with a global team across multiple locations.

Ability to adapt to new processes tools and environments.

Detail-oriented and adept at problem solving.

Familiarity with development tools such as Git and Jira is a strong asset.

Compensation Range Transparency

SAP believes pay transparency is essential for cultivating an honest supportive and inclusive culture representing a significant step in our commitment to leading the way in achieving pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range which includes both base salary and variable incentive targets for the career level of the posted role. The target range for this position is 207200 - 383300(PLN).The actual amount offered to successful candidates will fall within this range and will depend on factors such as education skills experience and role scope as determined during the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a target amount with the actual payout depending on both company and individual performance.
