City of Newcastle (CN) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Asset Services Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio including roads stormwater systems and structures. As a key member of the Asset & Facilities leadership team you will provide direction for the whole-of-life management of Councils infrastructure assets. Your focus will be ensuring assets are fit for purpose financially sustainable compliant and meet legislative requirements. Leading a team of professional asset management specialists you will develop and manage operational budgets and provide technical advice on behalf of the Asset Services team from an engineering and asset management perspective. Remuneration: $167473.26 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
