Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with the day-to-day management of catering operations at the corporate siteSupport the Catering Manager in ensuring consistently high food quality and service standardsSupervise and support kitchen and catering staff ensuring productivity and teamworkAssist with menu planning in line with client requirements nutritional standards and budgetsEnsure compliance with health safety hygiene and food safety regulationsManage stock control ordering deliveries and cost control processesSupport staff training performance management and ongoing developmentBuild and maintain positive client and stakeholder relationshipsAssist with reporting audits and operational compliance
