This is an exciting opportunity to join our Leasehold and Home Ownership Team at Birmingham City Council.
BCC is committed in providing a customer focused leasehold management service to 6500 leaseholders across the city. This role will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service to service charge payers and stakeholders. This role will work collaboratively with colleagues and teams across BCC to support and contribute to the delivery of a high-quality streamlined compliant Section 20 consultation service.
Responsibilities:
Driving license is also desirable for this post as the role is community based.
The successful candidate must have strong IT skills. This is a customer facing role so excellent customer service skills will be required. The successful candidate must have excellent organisational skills communication skills (written and oral) and financial and numerical skills. The successful candidate will assist and support the development and implementation of new IT new operational working processes and procedures. This role requires knowledge and experience of leasehold law regulations and legislation relating to Section 20 and 20b.
