Job Summary

WHAT YOULL TAKE OWNERSHIP OF:
- System Administration: Customize configure and refine fields workflows and modules to create a CRM environment that feels intuitive powerful and tailored to our real-world operations.
- Data Management: Ensure our CRM is home to clean reliable accurate data. Youll manage imports exports integrity checks and cleansing to keep everything sharp and trustworthy.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards and reports that transform numbers into narratives - stories that guide decisions highlight opportunities and reveal customer behavior patterns.
- User Support & Training: Be the go-to expert. Train departments craft clean and effective documentation and support staff as they adopt and utilize CRM capabilities.
- Process Optimization: Streamline automate integrate - your innovation will help us operate more efficiently and allow teams to spend more time doing meaningful work.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Marketing IT and leadership to align CRM strategy with big-picture organizational goals.

- 8am5pm MF
