Greenville NC - Retail shopDynamic Route Engineering: Daily oversight of route planning to ensure maximum stops and fuel efficiency. You will pivot routes in real-time to accommodate emergency hot-shot deliveries or vehicle breakdowns.
Fleet Performance Analytics: Utilize routing software to analyze driver behavior idle times and off-route miles to drive down operational costs.
Driver Lifecycle Management: Lead the Morning Kickoffconducting safety briefings verifying manifests and ensuring every driver is dispatched with a clear optimized plan.
Regulatory Command: Maintain 100% audit-ready status for all DOT filings ELD (Electronic Logging Device) logs and Hazmat shipping papers.
Equipment Readiness: Coordinate with the maintenance shop to schedule PMs (Preventative Maintenance) so that the Greenville fleet maintains maximum uptime.
Command Continuity: Act as the Acting Branch Manager in the managers absence overseeing the warehouse counter sales and P&L (Profit & Loss) integrity.
Safety Culture: Lead the branchs Safety First initiative ensuring that the handling of high-pressure cylinders and cryogenic liquids is performed with zero compromises.
Customer Liaison: Act as the escalation point for delivery-related customer concerns bridging the gap between the drivers experience on the road and the customers expectations.
