Job Description
The Director of Assessment and Accreditation provides leadership and expertise in advancing a culture of continuous improvement through the assessment of student learning across academic and co-curricular programs. This role oversees university-wide assessment activities coordinates program review and accreditation processes and ensures alignment with institutional goals and external standards. Serving as the campus authority on assessment practices the Director supports faculty and staff in designing measurable learning outcomes analyzing data and using results to enhance continuous improvement and student success. Additionally the position administers assessment management systems and fosters collaboration to maintain compliance accountability and institutional effectiveness. The Director of Assessment and Accreditation reports to the Assistant Provost for Accreditation Assessment and Curriculum Innovation.

Minimal travel required. The person in this position may be required to attend professional conferences to maintain awareness of accreditation standards and best practices in assessment.
