Job Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Develop detailed business cases and project plans
Create and maintain documentation related to business processes and procedures
Assist in the implementation of new systems or processes
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing systems and recommend improvements
Provide support in testing and quality assurance processes
Generate reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field
Proven experience in business analysis or a related role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar business analyst role.
