Job Description
Job Summary:
Teledyne FLIRs Bozeman MT site is seeking a proactive and detailoriented Coordinator to support Traffic and Sales Operations. This role ensures accurate order processing ontime shipments and compliance with internal policies and U.S. export regulations (ITAR/EAR). The position works closely with Operations Global Trade Compliance Finance Sales Operations Contracts and Marketing to support smooth customer and product flow.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Enter and manage customer orders in SAP; ensure accurate customer data.
Send order confirmations and serve as a point of contact for post sales customer inquiries.
Support shipping receiving and crossfunctional responses to customer issues.
Maintain order files documentation and system records.
Coordinate with Finance on payment information and issue resolution.
Support visitor management processes.
Partner with Quality on compliance and audit-related requests.
Assess ITAR/EAR applicability to products and perform jurisdiction classifications.
Review requirements to determine ITAR/EAR export or import authorizations.
Contribute to development and improvement of standard processes and procedures.
Build strong knowledge of company operations and policies.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required); ability to learn new platforms (SAP OCR EASE).
Experience with ERP systems preferred; SAP a plus.
Awareness of ITAR/EAR regulations beneficial.
Strong communication multitasking and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
Positive customerfocused attitude and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
