Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (India) Hybrid Bengaluru
Boomi is seeking a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (India) to lead stabilize and scale recruiting excellence across our India organization. With a strong emphasis on technical hiring this role will focus on building consistent scalable and trusted hiring practices that support business growth while aligning with global TA standards.
As a key member of the global TA leadership team you will serve as the on-the-ground TA leader for India partnering closely with local business leaders HRBPs and global TA counterparts to deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. This role reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition based in the U.S.
What You Will Do
- Lead coach and develop the Bangalore-based TA team fostering collaboration accountability and consistency
- Build trusted partnerships with India-based business leaders; act as a credible advisor
- Partner closely with global TA leadership to adopt and embed best practices
- Optimize and champion the use of our TA tech stack including Generative AI to streamline workflows and improve outcomes
- Drive proactive inclusive sourcing strategies to build diverse high-quality pipelines
- Set and track performance goals and KPIs; leverage TA analytics to identify trends diagnose challenges and improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
- Carry a limited requisition load to stay close to the work and model best-in-class recruiting behaviors
- Lead India-focused employer branding initiatives including campus engagement early career programs and employee storytelling
- Build and manage relationships with external partners; identify and manage contingent workforce needs to support fluctuating hiring demand
- Ensure compliance with India employment laws data privacy requirements and culturally appropriate hiring practices
The Experience You Bring
- 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience ideally in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
- 5 years of experience leading and developing recruiting teams in India
- Demonstrated success in bringing structure and consistency to TA organizations while building trust with teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical capability using data to influence decisions and measure impact
- Proven expertise hiring across technical domains (software engineering data cloud AI/ML integration security)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of building credibility and alignment
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with longer-term process and capability building
- Strong understanding of Indias employment practices compliance and cultural norms
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Experience hiring G&A and Sales/GTM roles is a plus
