We are hiring a Staff Grade Physiotherapist in a reputed Hospital in Dublin Ireland. Full-time/Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients in line with professional standards and best practice.
Manage a defined caseload efficiently prioritising clinical needs and ensuring timely documentation and reporting.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings contributing to patient-centred care planning and goal setting.
Implement individualised treatment programmes and regularly evaluate patient progress and outcomes.
Maintain accurate timely and confidential clinical records in accordance with organisational policies and legal requirements.
Comply with all relevant professional ethical health and safety and infection prevention and control standards.
Participate in service development initiatives audits and quality improvement projects as required.
Supervise and support students and less experienced staff as appropriate to the role.
Engage in continuous professional development and reflective practice to maintain and enhance clinical competence.
Communicate effectively with patients families carers and colleagues to promote optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
Requirements
Hold a BSc in Physiotherapy or an equivalent recognised qualification.
Be CORU registered and be a member of or eligible for membership of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP).
Demonstrate appropriate clinical knowledge and the ability to apply evidence-based practice in carrying out the duties of the post.
Participate as an effective member of the multidisciplinary team in the delivery of patient care.
Work collaboratively with the Physiotherapy Manager and colleagues to ensure the coordination development and delivery of a high-quality patient-centred physiotherapy service.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals patients families and carers.
Demonstrate the ability to plan prioritise and deliver care efficiently and effectively within a person-centred care model.
Show a clear commitment to continuing professional development (CPD).
