We have an exciting opportunity for a State Account Manager to join our teamrepresentinga portfolio of leading brands includingMASTERFOODS DOLMIO BENS ORIGINAL&KANTONG.

Covering the territory acrossSouthQueenslandcoast you willbe responsible forthe sales and distribution of product lines with our Wholesale and End-User customers as well asidentifyingnew salesand distribution opportunities.

You will be well supported to drive successinyour territory and encouraged toamplifypromotional activities to strengthen customer engagementmaximiseyour territory distribution and deliver the agreed speed to market of new lines.

Predominantly acustomer facing role you will be a confident relationship driven individual witha strong desireto succeed and be highly motivated to achieve personal goals set sales targets anddemonstratea resilience and adaptability to engage with change.

What would be your key responsibilities

  • Increase sales and distribution ofMars Foodproduct lines.

  • Achievementofyearly set sales targets.

  • Optimisethe effectiveness of both National and State based promotional activity.

  • Increase the distribution of new products to market.

  • Chase unlock and develop new business opportunitieswith key end users.

What are we looking for

  • Experienced Account Manager or sales professional ideally within Food service.

  • Proven experience working with stakeholders to create a category driven approach.

  • Proven experience building strong and influential relationships.

  • Highly motivated to achieve set sales targets.
