- Lead coach and develop the Reservations team to deliver service excellence and achieve revenue targets
- Oversee daily reservations operations to ensure efficiency accuracy and high-quality guest interactions
- Manage occupancy forecasting yearly projections and monthly revenue objectives in collaboration with senior management
- Analyse booking trends occupancy patterns and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Handle all reservation enquiries professionally identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise revenue
- Monitor and optimise room availability rate structures and inventory across PMS GDS and online distribution channels
- Oversee group bookings special allocations promotional inventory and key account reservations
- Ensure accuracy of reservation data reporting and communication to maintain operational integrity
- Maintain strong product and market knowledge to drive occupancy and revenue performance
Qualifications :
- Previous hospitality experience with a minimum 1 year of experience in a Reservations leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (Opera) GDS and booking platforms
- Proven ability to lead coach and develop high-performing teams
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment while remaining composed under pressure
- Strong organisational and time management skills
