Were looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our EMEIA manufacturing operations and drive safe compliant highquality output that meets customer demand on time and at optimal cost. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for developing the production organisation improving operational performance and delivering against our strategic goals.
What youll do
- Lead the production team to deliver products safely efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Drive a culture of operational excellence continuous improvement and strong performance discipline.
- Translate business demand into clear production plans with transparent performance metrics.
- Develop coach and mentor Team Leaders and Cell Coordinators to enable high performance.
- Oversee quality across all stages of build to maintain consistently high yield.
- Lead improvement initiatives including capacity planning quality projects technical enhancements and Capex activities.
- Partner closely with Planning Engineering Operations Supply Chain and other key functions.
- Support NPI activity while maintaining delivery commitments.
- Manage escalations and adhoc demand effectively and decisively.
What youll bring
- Proven people leadership and experience in a Production/Manufacturing Management role.
- Strong background in lean manufacturing with a broad understanding of endtoend operations.
- 35 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Confident using ERP systems and MS Office tools.
- Datadriven approach to problem solving with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure manage multiple priorities and operate with a proactive mindset.
- Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Operations (preferred).
- SC clearance or the ability to obtain it.
