What are we looking for
Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Assistant to join our Pharmacy team with a salary up to 34500.
This is a full-time Monday to Friday role.
There will be occasional weekend working as part of the responsibilities of this position.

Reporting to the Pharmaceutical QA Manager the QA Assistant will support the quality assurance and compliance aspects of Cleveland Clinic Londons pharmacy services. This role includes maintaining environmental monitoring managing quality records and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
What will your duties include
Maintain records of environmental conditions including temperature monitoring for refrigerators freezers and controlled areas.
Ensure compliance with GMP GLP COSHH and other relevant legislation.
Complete maintain and file all relevant quality documents reports and certificates of analysis.
Participate in stock checks rotation and expiry monitoring within the Quality Control area.
Participate in service improvement initiatives and support pharmacy-related innovations.
What we need from you
NVQ Level 2 in Pharmaceutical Sciences (or equivalent) is required.
GCSEs in Maths English and Science (or equivalent) is required.
Any additional training in QA GMP or laboratory procedures is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
