Requirements
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant supporting pupils with SEND
Knowledge of strategies to support pupils with ASD ADHD Dyslexia or SEMH needs
Ability to provide 1:1 and small group support to promote independence and engagement
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Flexible adaptable and able to work collaboratively with teachers and school leadership
Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Available to start ASAP
