Job Summary

Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Location: Lisbon or Aveiro Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x office days)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help consolidate and modernize our Kubernetes clusters. You will work on the consolidation of 16 Kubernetes clusters into 3 blue-green pairs migration of cluster architecture to ARM (Graviton) and tower performance.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Participate in infrastructure automation and modernization projects;
Create and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform;
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure scalable secure and resilient solutions;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices and workflows.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines;

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Software Engineering or a related field;
3 years of experience in DevOps projects;
Proven experience with at least one public cloud provider (preferably AWS; Azure or GCP also valued);
Strong expertise in IaC tools particularly Terraform;
Solid knowledge of automation scripting and CI/CD pipeline management;
Fluent in English.

Complementary Requirements:

Certifications in public cloud platforms;
Experience with Kubernetes and containerization tools (Docker Helm etc.);
Knowledge of networking and security best practices;
