Location: Lisbon (On-Site)
Start Date: 30/Apr/26
Contract: 6 months (renewable)
Languages: Polish (C2) English (B2)
Shifts: Monday to Sunday 08:0017:00 or 09:0018:00 (rotative); later 24/7 rotative shifts

Every day youll resolve inquiries from buyers sellers customers and content creators turning challenges into solutions and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls
- Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers sellers customers and creators
- Review cases within agreed turnaround times and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues following company procedures
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong moderation skills verbal and written communication and rational decision-making
- Deep understanding of e-commerce
- Ability to manage high call volumes during peak seasons
- Empathy and excellent customer service skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: 920 (14 months) 45/month complexity bonus for 11 months
- Welcome Bonus: 1000
- Meal Allowance: 7.23/day (net)
- Transport Allowance: 20/month
- Health Insurance from Day 1 (upon NIF & NISS registration) free after 6 months
