Job Summary

Malayalam Voice Process

Location: Chennai

Salary: 23000 per month(18000 take home)

Experience: Fresher / Candidates with minimum 1 year experience in tele calling

Qualification: Degree Mandatory

Work Timing: Female Candidates: Day Shift

Male Candidates: Noon Shift / Evening Shift

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Requirements

Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory).
Good communication skills in English
Prior experience in telecalling or customer support (preferred not mandatory).
Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to Malayalam-speaking customers.
Explain company services/products clearly to potential clients.
Follow up with interested customers to generate leads or conversions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets as assigned by the team lead.
