Job Summary

Summary:

The Quality Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring governance quality and compliance across IT projects delivered to clients. This position is responsible for end-to-end project reviews covering cost schedule scope quality and compliance from the solution phase through project closure. By adopting a value-driven approach the auditor analyzes key data points to identify improvement opportunities proactively detect risks and implement corrective actionsensuring seamless project delivery and minimizing escalations. The role emphasizes effective communication timely reporting and continuous follow-up on action items to maintain high standards of performance and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive end-to-end project reviews across cost schedule scope quality and compliance.
Ensure adherence to governance quality standards and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Apply a value-driven approach to audits leveraging data analysis to drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
Identify potential risks and issues early and implement preventive or corrective measures to avoid escalations.
Prepare and deliver clear actionable reports with follow-up on outstanding items and resolutions.
Collaborate with project teams stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment with organizational policies and client expectations.

Requirements

Requirements:

4 to 6 years of experience in Quality and Compliance within IT project environments in large-scale organizations.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must hold a PMP certification.
Experience in a Techno-PM role is desirable.
Familiarity with legacy and emerging technologies.
Proven ability to document and maintain processes and compliance policies.
