Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment onboarding attendance payroll coordination and HR MIS.
- Implement HR policies SOPs and statutory compliances.
- Handle performance management confirmation and employee lifecycle processes.
Industrial Relations (IR)
- Maintain healthy relations with shop-floor employees and supervisors.
- Handle grievances disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate with labour consultants for inspections audits and statutory submissions.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws factory act and standing orders.
Administration
- Oversee housekeeping security transport canteen and facility management.
- Manage vendor coordination and cost control for admin services.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day plant administration.
Safety & Compliance
- Implement workplace safety policies and conduct safety audits.
- Coordinate EHS activities and safety training programs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms.
Team Handling
- Lead and mentor HR & Admin team members.
- Monitor performance attendance and discipline.
- Conduct training and development initiatives.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute engagement & welfare programs.
- Conduct townhalls feedback sessions and communication meetings.
