Job Summary
- Oversee the entire post-production process which include editing sound design color correction and final delivery.
- Manage a team of editors motion graphic designers and freelancers; ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Review and refine all edits ensuring high creative and technical quality.
- Collaborate with directors cinematographers and producers to maintain creative intent throughout the post.
- Build and maintain efficient workflows for editing asset management and project backups.
- Implement client feedback effectively while upholding creative standards.
- Coordinate with account managers and BD teams to align outputs with client expectations.
- Research and integrate new editing tools plugins and techniques to enhance production quality.
- Supervise and train junior editors fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in video editing and post-production management (agency or production house background preferred).
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve After Effects and related tools.
- Knowledge of sound design color grading AI tools VFX and motion graphics.
- Proven ability to manage post-production teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong storytelling pacing and creative sense.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Open to working from the office 5 days a week.

Required Education:
Bachelors degree or diploma in Film Editing Multimedia or related field.
