Position: Institutional Sales Executive Ready-Mix Breakfast Products
Role Type: On-field
Travel Requirement: Up to 20 days per month
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell ready-mix breakfast products to hotels restaurants and catering services (HORECA segment).
Develop and manage relationships with institutional and bulk buyers.
Generate new leads and expand distribution in assigned territories.
Conduct product presentations sampling and negotiations with decision-makers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collect market intelligence customer feedback and competitor insights.
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and after-sales support.
Requirements
Strong on-field sales experience preferably in FMCG or food products.
Willingness to travel extensively (20 days/month).
Language proficiency required: Hindi English and Telugu.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
