We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events by coordinating logistics vendors and on-ground activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating events from concept to execution
- Coordinate with vendors venues and internal teams
- Manage event schedules checklists and logistics
- Support on-ground event setup registrations and coordination
- Track event requirements and ensure timely delivery
- Assist in budget tracking and documentation
- Support post-event reporting and feedback collection
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Hospitality or a related field
- 14 years of experience in event coordination or support roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible hours during events
