Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented Bank Reconciliation Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our this role you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our bank reconciliation processes within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of banking procedures exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye for discrepancies. Essential Functions and Tasks

  • Perform comprehensive quality assurance checks on bank reconciliation processes within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain.
  • Review bank statements transaction records and reconciliation reports to identify any discrepancies or errors.
  • Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of bank reconciliation processes.
  • Document QA findings reports and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing bank reconciliation workflows.
  • Stay updated on industry trends regulatory changes and best practices related to bank reconciliation processes.
  • Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance team proficiency in bank reconciliation QA processes.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks related to bank reconciliation and financial analysis as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any related field.
  • Proven experience (4 years) in bank reconciliation within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of banking procedures financial principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools for reconciliation such as Excel QuickBooks or similar platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
  • Familiarity with healthcare finance and billing systems is a plus.

Compensation

  • Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location skill set experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.
  • This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
