Job Summary

Ikeja Lagos

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and purchasing of gadgets accessories and related inventory. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement at competitive prices while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and supporting smooth inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure gadgets accessories and consumables in line with company requirements.
Identify evaluate and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate pricing payment terms and delivery timelines to achieve cost efficiency.
Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse or inventory team to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Ensure all procured items meet quality standards and specifications.
Track market trends pricing changes and new product availability.
Work closely with finance to ensure proper documentation and payment processing.

Requirements

Proven experience in procurement purchasing or supply chain roles (preferably in electronics or gadgets).
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Good understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
Ability to analyze costs and make data-driven purchasing decisions.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory or procurement systems.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
