Job Summary

The Administrative Officer provides essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization. This role involves managing office operations coordinating administrative processes and supporting management and staff with documentation compliance and communication tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Will handle general admin functions
  • Manage the team to achieve operational objectives.
  • Recommends and prepares correspondence letters memos and reports
  • Ensures the preparations checking consolidation and submission of work-related reports
  • Responsible for the supervision and coordination of the activities pertaining to administrative support
  • Oversee daily duties of personnel to ensure that quality standards are being met and procedures and guidelines are being properly followed
  • Develop and implement HR/Admin policies systems and other initiatives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure meeting of the manpower requirement.
  • Spearhead the setting-up of office space.
  • Source suppliers and do purchasing activities.
  • Oversee proper inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Perform other tasks that may be duly assigned by the Immediate Superior or Company.



Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors / College Degree in any related course
  • With solid Admin experience
  • Background in HR and can also handle recruitment and other HR and admin related concerns
  • Strong attention to detail critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledgeable with organization flow charts recruitment and other facets of HR
  • Experience in managing people
  • Proficient in admin office system
  • Willing to be involved in project management including its costings
  • Willing to work onsite from Monday to Saturday in Quezon City
  • Hardworking multi-tasker and can handle pressure
  • With drivers license and can drive is a big plus






Required Skills:
