This Role
The Senior Officer Operational Compliance Services is responsible for ensuring high-quality AML/KYC and AMLCO support deliverables across all complexity levels. The role involves reviewing compliance documentation preparing AMLCO and MLRO reporting conducting KYC testing validating risk assessments and supporting regulatory and governance requirements for Cayman Islands entities undertaking relevant financial business. The position requires strong analytical capabilities adherence to regulatory standards and active collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities:
1. AMLCO / MLRO Reporting & Governance:
- Collect evaluate and review data required for AMLCO & MLRO reports for Cayman Islands entities.
- Draft AML reports for AMLCO appointments.
- Maintain and organize supporting data files.
- Prepare risk assessments for AMLCO appointments.
- Collect downstream investment activity and prepare analysis.
- Attend board meetings to support AMLCO & MLRO.
- Assist AMLCO in delivering AML training sessions.
- Ensure reporting deadlines are met.
2. KYC / AML Review & Testing:
- Review AML/KYC deliverables across all complexity levels.
- Conduct investor KYC testing and recommend enhancements.
- Validate risk assessment decisions.
- Review CDD/EDD documentation.
3. Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare required documentation including policies procedures logs and assessments.
- Document review findings accurately.
- Oversee periodic reviews and ensure quality standards.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with clients directors investment managers and international partners.
- Escalate and resolve high-risk matters with AMLCO/MLRO/DMLRO.
- Provide reporting support to AMLCO & MLRO.
5. Professional Development:
- Manage own development in line with technical and leadership expectations.
- Demonstrate accountability high standards and alignment with IQ-EQ values.

Qualifications :
About You
Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related fields
Professional Experience:
- 3-4 years of AML/KYC or compliance experience with a focus on quality assurance and risk validation
Skills and Key Behaviours:
