Job Summary

Role: FIB - Financial Institution Banking Officer
Department: FIBD - Financial Institution Banking Division
Location: BGC Taguig

Job Responsibilities:1. Channel Development and Maintenance: Responsible for business development with banks and other financial institutions formulating core business marketing strategies and promoting their implementation comprehensively leading the entire process from customer development and business negotiations to the signing of cooperation agreements and being responsible for project results.2. Cooperation Negotiation and Implementation: Leading business negotiations with bank clients clarifying key matters such as cooperation terms rules and pricing and promoting the final signing and execution of business contracts and agreements.3. Market Insight and Strategy Planning: Deeply understanding industry dynamics collecting cutting-edge information and combining it with the companys actual business to explore cooperation scenarios and innovative models promoting business implementation while building a robust business system and providing support for the companys strategic decision-making.4. Product and Business Proficiency: In-depth learning and mastery of the companys products and business processes to ensure effective delivery of product value during cooperation.5. Institutional Expansion and Liaison: According to the business plan responsible for expanding and liaising with financial institutions (including banks payment institutions and card organizations) in various regions to establish sustainable cooperative relationships.

6. Channel Process Optimization: Ensure smooth channel integration by developing and optimizing corresponding cooperation standards and processes based on upstream institution policies and regulatory requirements.7. Financial Institution Relationship Maintenance: Continuously maintain and optimize cooperative relationships with financial institutions (FIs) enhancing the quality and depth of cooperation.8. Full-Cycle Bank Cooperation Management: Responsible for expanding negotiating signing and maintaining bank channel partnerships achieving a closed-loop cooperation process.9. Bank Relationship Network Building: Establish and maintain strong cooperative relationships with various banks solidifying the foundation for cooperation and expanding cooperative resources.

Job Requirements:1. Bachelors degree or above;2. At least 2 years of business experience in banking or financial institutions familiar with commercial banking operations including payment settlement consumer finance and internet finance.3. Existing network of contacts in the payment industry and financial services is a plus.4. Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization through multiple channels.5. Strong execution stress resistance coordination and self-motivation abilities.6. Excellent business negotiation communication coordination and interpersonal skills.
