Duties and Responsibilities
- Entry and Exit Logging - Log all employees visitors vendors and other entrants in the official Security Logbook upon entry and exit
- ID Verification - Verify and require proper identification from all entrants; strictly enforce the No ID No Entry policy
- ID Exchange - Ensure the exchange of a valid government-issued ID for a company-issued or multipurpose ID when applicable
- Support to Security - Assist in frisking and security inspections of all entrants prior to entry in accordance with company policies
- Facility Monitoring - Monitor company premises to ensure lights air-conditioning units and equipment are turned off when not in use
- Loss Prevention - Maintain constant vigilance to prevent unauthorized access theft damage or misuse of company property
- Escort Duties - Escort executives managers or authorized personnel within company premises as needed
- Event Security - Support to security during company events to ensure the safety of all employees guests and stakeholders
- Issue Reporting - Identify document and report facility safety and security concerns to the Admin Lead or appropriate authority
- Incident Response - Respond promptly to incidents safety hazards or security breaches and escalate issues as required
- End-of-Day Report - Prepare and submit an end-of-day security report detailing observations incidents and compliance updates
- Other Tasks - Perform other security-related tasks as assigned

2. Professional Conduct - Demonstrate professionalism courtesy and respect when dealing with employees visitors vendors and stakeholders
3. Work Environment Support - Support and promote a safe secure and well-maintained work environment
Qualifications and Skills:
1. License - Licensed Security Guard is an advantage
2. Experience - Preferably with experience as a security guard admin staff or similar role
3. Technical Knowledge - Knowledge of basic security procedures and safety protocols
4. Core Skills - Strong observation reporting and communication skills
5. Physical Requirements - Physically fit and able to conduct inspections as required
6. Personal Traits - High level of integrity discipline alertness and professionalism
