Role Summary

• As an HR Executive youll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations accurate payroll and meaningful support for employees. This role gives you the opportunity to grow your expertise in HR processes compliance and employee engagement while being the goto person for HR matters in the Manila office.

What Youll Do

• Payroll Excellence: Coordinate payroll with external vendors ensuring accurate and timely payments while learning to navigate statutory compliance.
• HR Operations: Partner with the HR Specialist in Thailand to manage employment conditions probation confirmations and terminations in line with best practices.
• Data & Insights: Compile and analyze HR data to prepare monthly management reports providing insights that support decisionmaking.
• Employee Support: Act as the local HR contact for Manila employees offering guidance and assistance across HR matters.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Business Management or related field.
• 13 years of HR experience including payroll processing and knowledge of labor law.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; Workday experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail critical thinking and creative problemsolving ability.
• Independent organized and collaborative team player.
• High commitment and responsibility with a willingness to go the extra mile.

Note: This role will be parked under thirdparty payroll.
