  • Under the direction of the High School Principal the High School Office Manager is responsible for assisting in the coordination of office administrative processes and the cross-training of the High School Office Support Staff.

    Qualifications/Essential Skills

    • Knowledge of general office procedures and practices.
    • Skilled in office etiquette and customer service procedures and routines.
    • General record keeping maintenance routines to perform data/record maintenance in filing or recording data in hard copy or data filing systems.
    • Applying department and/or building-specific procedures policies operational routines pertaining to assigned areas of responsibility.
    • Maintaining tracking and monitoring various departmental budgets and accounting records.
    • Communication interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers supervisor the general public etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction.
    • Customer service and human relation skills in assisting dealing with and applying proper phone etiquette judgment and discretion in provide and dealing with the staff public and district personnel.
    • Prioritizing job assignments and performing work assignments requiring attention to detail precision and accuracy.

    Schedule:
    52 Week Full-Time 8 hours/day (7:30am-4pm)
