A Director of Group Sales is responsible for leading a dynamic team of sellers and maximizing the group revenues of an asset on a consistent basis. Hilton is seeking strategic leaders who understand how to bring people process and performance together to create a winning formula.
Hiltons Commercial Services organization comprises team members driving our sales revenue marketing catering and events management call centers and analytics functions. These functions are the core of Hiltons commercial engine and are essential to Hiltons ability to drive profitable growth.
What will I be doing
Work with the Sales Team in establishing and implementing market territory action plans responsible for revenue by achieving room night and average rate goals and assisting in the development and management of the Sales Team. Maintain market quota for the hotel achieving long-term goals through proactive solicitation and development of the market. Responsible for assigning hired members of the team to coach guide and mentor them to achieve performance goals.
