Job Summary
Position Summary
We are looking for a Logistics / Transportation Coordinator to support daily transportation operations. This role involves dispatch coordination shipment tracking and responding to customer transportation inquiries. Entry-level candidates are welcome; logistics experience is a plus but not required.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate dispatch and transportation schedules
- Track shipments and handle delivery issues
- Respond to customer transportation inquiries by phone and email
- Communicate with carriers and internal teams
- Maintain basic transportation and shipment records
Qualifications
Required
- Fluent in Korean and English (verbal and written)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (email Excel)
- Able to work full-time on-site in Kokomo IN
Preferred
- Experience in logistics transportation dispatch or customer service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
