Mission
Protect Americas industrial infrastructure by leading on-site inspection and troubleshooting operations across power plants refineries and manufacturing facilities. This role exists to ensure the safety reliability and longevity of critical systems from turbines and boilers to pressure vessels and pipelines.
Youll serve as a hands-on leader and trusted expert operating state-of-the-art inspection tools to evaluate and maintain high-value equipment that keeps essential industries running safely and efficiently.
Performance Objectives
Lead On-Site Inspection Operations: Perform detailed inspections of turbines vessels piping tanks and related systems at client facilities using advanced imaging and detection tools (fiber optic ROV and heat/vibration sensors).
Diagnose & Document Findings: Identify irregularities mechanical wear or potential hazards; record and report findings using digital tools and visual documentation systems.
Coordinate Field Operations: Serve as site lead for small inspection teams managing safety scheduling and client communications.
Troubleshoot & Maintain Equipment: Operate calibrate and maintain specialized inspection equipment; ensure all systems are safe accurate and ready for deployment.
Customer & Team Leadership: Communicate professionally with client representatives demonstrate integrity under pressure and model disciplined field leadership for junior technicians.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for procedural efficiency improved data reporting and new client engagement during on-site work.

Compensation: $65000$75000 base overtime & travel pay (total potential: $85000$90000)
Travel: 4045% typical; up to 60% during spring/fall inspection seasons
Schedule: MondayFriday; overtime and weekend differential pay available
Requirements
Must have served in the U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.
3 years of military industrial or mechanical maintenance experience or a technical/STEM degree with hands-on trade experience
Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to read and interpret equipment manuals drawings and schematics
Experience in inspection maintenance or troubleshooting of turbines pressure vessels or piping systems preferred
Must meet confined space entry standards (ability to fit through a 16" hatch)
Valid drivers license; clean MVR; no DUI in the last 5 years
Ability to travel regionally (4045%) including overnight stays and occasional flights
Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screening (90-day detection)
Competent in Microsoft Office and smartphone/cloud-based reporting tools
