Industrial Engineer with experience improving manufacturing efficiency across polymer coating converting fabrication and assembly operations.

Skilled in time studies line balancing capacity planning OEE analysis takt time and Value Stream Mapping to increase throughput improve labor utilization and reduce waste in high-mix high-volume environments.
Experienced with AutoCAD layout design FlexSim / discrete-event simulation and ERP-based production data analysis to support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.
