Role Overview:
The Commercial Head will be responsible for the total commercial strategy and P&L of the business. We are looking for a leader with an "owner" mindset who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution across all distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Strategy: Develop and execute the commercial roadmap across Modern Trade (MT) General Trade (GT) E-commerce and Wholesale/Distributor networks.
- Revenue Growth: Drive sustainable topline growth and market share expansion while maintaining healthy bottom-line margins.
- Distributor Management: Oversee the performance and selection of distributors to ensure maximum market penetration and stock availability.
- Team Leadership: Lead mentor and scale the sales and trade marketing teams to achieve high performance.
- E-commerce Expansion: Accelerate digital growth through marketplaces (Lazada/Shopee) and direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure brand alignment and inventory efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 1012 years in FMCG commercial/sales leadership roles.
- Proven success in managing multi-channel operations (MT GT and E-comm).
- Entrepreneurial spirit; comfortable in high-growth fast-paced environments.
- Prior experience in Personal Care or Beauty is highly advantageous.
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
