They are seeking a talented individual with experience in business expansion in Hong Kong to help grow the companys software products and solutions in the market.
Job Responsibilities
1. Prospecting & Strategy:
- Identify engage and build relationships with prospective clients to deeply understand their business challenges processes and objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption of our digital solutions.
2. Sales Execution & Target Achievement:
- Own and exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales targets contributing directly to the companys revenue goals.
- Manage the entire sales process including needs analysis solution presentation commercial negotiation and contract closure.
3. Solution Presentation & Proposal Preparation:
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals RFP/RFI responses and tailored presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
4. Customer Success & Relationship Management:
- Collaborate closely with project implementation and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handover and high customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients building and maintaining strong long lasting relationships to secure renewals and identify upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience successfully selling application software SaaS or complex digital/technology solutions.
- Experience in PropTech or the real estate industry is a strong advantage.
- Sales Expertise: Mastery of solution-selling and consultative sales methodologies. Ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in Cantonese and English is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong client relationship builder and a collaborative team player.
