About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support the execution of the companys digital marketing activity across multiple divisions and campaigns.
This is a hands-on role focused on delivery - managing social media supporting paid advertising executing email campaigns in HubSpot maintaining website content and contributing to SEO and reporting. You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and internal stakeholders to bring campaigns to life and continually improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Management
- Manage and schedule content across the companys social channels including LinkedIn Facebook Instagram and establishing a TikTok presence
- Support content creation for healthcare recruitment campaigns (Nursing Doctors Aged Care Allied Health)
- Assist with graphic design and short-form video creation including but not limited to captions graphics and campaign assets
- Monitor comments messages and engagement escalating candidate or client enquiries where appropriate
- Maintain brand consistency and tone across all platforms

Paid Digital Advertising
- Support the setup management and optimisation of campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads (desirable)
- Assist with creative testing audience targeting and budget pacing
- Monitor campaign performance and support optimisation to improve lead quality and cost per result
Email Marketing & HubSpot
- Build and send email campaigns using HubSpot
- Support candidate and client nurture workflows including segmentation and automation
- Maintain clean compliant databases aligned with privacy and healthcare recruitment standards
- Assist with testing and optimisation of subject lines content and calls to actionWebsite & SEO Support
- Update website content landing pages and campaign pages as required
- Support on-page SEO including meta data headings internal linking and content optimisation
- Assist with publishing blogs job campaigns and landing pages
- Monitor website performance and contribute to SEO and conversion improvements
CRM Systems & Marketing Operations
- Use HubSpot to manage forms landing pages lists and reporting
- Ensure marketing activity is accurately tracked and attributed
- Work collaboratively with recruitment and operations teams to support campaign delivery
- Assist with maintaining marketing processes and documentationReporting & Insights
- Prepare regular performance reports across social paid media email and website channels
- Track KPIs including leads applications engagement and cost per acquisition
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns

Essential
- 13 years experience in a digital marketing or marketing coordinator role
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM / email marketing platforms
- Exposure to Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working across multiple campaigns and priorities
Desirable
- Short-form video editing experience
- Experience with TikTok content and advertising
- Basic understanding of SEO and website content management
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or professional services
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools

Non-Negotiable Skills & Experience Shopify Expertise: Proven hands-on experience managing and operating a D2C store on the Shopify platform. Klaviyo Proficiency: Hands-on experience creating segmenting and sending marketing campaigns using Klaviyo or a similar email platform. Google Analytics: Competency in using Google Analytics (preferably GA4) to monitor performance and extract actionable insights. Other Skills Required Aligned with companys values Tech Savvy Entrepreneurial and Clever; Passionate about consumer electronics and smart-home technology; Results-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets; Highly self-motivated with a bias for action and data-driven decision-making; Excellent communication organisation and time-management skills; Experience collaborating with external marketing agencies and 3PL partners; Canva or Photoshop skills for supporting EDMs and promotions preferred; Canva experience is looked up favourably as there will be some asset creation/adjustments required to support the page maintenance of the Shopify store and creation of EDM campaigns in Klaviyo. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for internal reporting purposes highly favoured.
