We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Quick Lube Technician to join our service team here at Lou Fusz Kia of Moline Illinois.

Position Summary:
The Quick Lube Technician is responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance services efficiently and accurately while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the Lou Fusz Automotive Network.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil and filter changes on customer vehicles

• Check and top off fluids (engine oil coolant brake fluid washer fluid etc.)

• Inspect and rotate tires as needed

• Replace engine air filters and cabin filters

• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors

• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area

• Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines

• Provide friendly professional service to customers and team members

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive or lube experience preferred but not required

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Dependable punctual and team-oriented

• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
