Weatherization Field Manager
Position Type: Full-time salary position that is eligible for performance bonuses.
Job Summary:
The Field Manager is responsible for managing 10-20 trucks and the day-to-day operations in the field ensuring adherence to safety protocols great customer experience and production.

- Team Supervision:
- Manage and support the team.
- Assist Branch Manager in morning operations.
- Conduct site visits as booked by the customer service team.
- Conduct surprise site visits on the crews and conduct safety inspections.
- Work with Quality Assurance Supervisor on running day to day operations.
- Interface with program inspectors and work with them on real team issues.
- Stand permit inspections when required.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure crews are up to date with all Energize CT rules and regulations.
- Do checks to ensure that testing equipment is in good working order.
- Provide feedback to Crew Leads on quality issues that come up.
- Administrative:
- Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with correct job information.
- Update the customer service team on current issues that need to be addressed.
- Work with the invoicing team and correct any invoices that have failed QC.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Education & Experience:
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of HomeWorks university training.
- Crew Lead and Lead Safe certifications a plus.
- Obtain OSHA 30 certification.
- 2 years of Energize CT install experience or equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Requires proficiency in reading writing and communicating in English.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This is a supervisory role that may include overseeing and managing a team or department.
Work Environment: (will have exposure to all environments listed)
- Warehouse Environment: This position is based in a warehouse which serves as a base for many of our operations and includes equipment and material storage areas.
- Customer settings: This position is based in customer settings and will require work in and out of doors including in attics basements small-confined spaces and rooftops.
Physical Demands:
- This job may require travel in a personal or company-provided vehicle.
- While performing the duties of the job the employee is regularly required to stand bend crawl or kneel in confined spaces. The employee may be required to lift up to 60 pounds and must be able to climb ladders enter crawl spaces and move up and down stairs safely.

Compensation: $85000 - $105000 Annual Salary potential for up to 15% discretionary annual bonus
