ABOUT THE ROLE
Were seeking a Technology Operations Analystto joinourTechnology a technology operationsanalystyour role will be twofold: on one hand you will supporting the end users with any questions or request and on the other hand you will beinvolved in continuously enhancing and improving our non-core applications and ways of working.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Escalationpointforjunior members of the team.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solveissues across a large variety of applications.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to staffand junior team members.
- Configure andmaintainAzureEntra and Intune Policies
- Liaise with security to ensure security compliance across ORDEs Microsoft environment.
- Administer Microsoft O365 suite andothercollaboration tools
- Set up andmaintaina variety of hardware devices such as laptops AVequipmentetc.
- Identifyimprovements to current hardware and software setup
- Maintain daily backupsfrom different systems.
- Evaluate existing operationaltechnologyprocesses and workflows toidentifyinefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripts or tools.
- Setup and Maintain network infrastructure.
- Evaluate new applications forcompatibilityand operational fit within ORDEs environment
- Maintain documentationof technologyservicesandprocedures.
- Participate in continuous training and development to stayup-to-datewithmodern technologiesand product offerings.
- Coordinate and deliver medium-impact projects working independently or with stakeholders to meet business timelines and technical requirements.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an end-user support environment preferably in financial services.
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 Windows OS Teams SharePoint OneDriveExchangeandMS Entra ID.
- Familiar with using Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

- Strong interpersonal skills able to work autonomously and collaboratively with team members and senior stakeholders and be proactive in a complex environment.
- Experience in IT support tools such as Remote Monitoring and Management Jira servicemanagementand documentation tools.
- Experience with ITIL & ITSM frameworks.
- Experience withScripting/automation.
- Sound knowledge of Laptops printers audio-visual equipment and mobility devices
- Flexibility/adaptable to work across a large variety oftechnologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment andmaintaina high levelof attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to align with ORDEs high-performance culture and make a positive impact on our operations people and culture.
