The Role
We are looking for an engineer to provide EUC support IMACD services break-fix support and basic Audio Video support for Teams Meeting Rooms. The engineer will handle installation troubleshooting and support activities for IT equipment and meeting room devices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IMACD Support (Install Move Add Change Deinstall)
Install or uninstall IT equipment software and related services at the site.
Connect devices to the local network and ensure they are working properly.
Perform basic tests such as file opening printing and internet access.
Move equipment from one location to another within the same site.
Disconnect and reconnect peripherals power cables and network cables during device movement.
Modify hardware or software when required (for example: upgrading memory installing applications or removing software).
Perform testing after changes to ensure everything works properly.
2. Break-Fix Support
Diagnose and resolve issues with user devices and equipment.
Handle incidents such as system breakdowns malfunction or performance issues.
Restore normal functioning of equipment used by authorized users.
3. Audio Video Support Teams Meeting Rooms
Provide basic support for Microsoft Teams meeting room systems.
Check audio video screen sharing and cable connections.
Support meeting room devices from brands like Lenovo Logitech and Crestron.
Perform weekly health checks and preventive maintenance for meeting rooms.
Troubleshoot issues together with technical teams and find solutions.
Visit remote sites when required to resolve issues.
4. On-Site Support
Visit the site to diagnose and resolve technical problems when required.
Perform client break-fix support and issue analysis.
Ensure all equipment and meeting room systems are working properly.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of EUC (End User Computing) support.
Basic understanding of Audio Video devices and Teams Meeting Room systems.
Basic networking knowledge.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
