An AmLaw-recognized law firm is seeking a lateral associate to join its ERISA Litigation practice in Dallas.
This role is well-suited for an associate with experience handling ERISA-related disputes who is interested in complex fiduciary litigation and high-stakes matters involving employee benefit plans.
The Role
The associate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a range of ERISA litigation matters including fiduciary-breach claims class actions and disputes involving retirement and welfare benefit plans. The practice offers meaningful responsibility direct client exposure and involvement in sophisticated nationally significant litigation.
Ideal Background
Prior experience in ERISA litigation or related complex litigation
Exposure to fiduciary-breach claims class actions or benefits-related disputes preferred
Strong legal research writing and analytical skills
Comfortable managing matters with increasing autonomy
Admitted in Texas or eligible to waive in
