Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Customer Care specifically within the Automotive Industry
  • Automotive OEM Level experience will be highly advantageous
  • Diploma in Customer Service Communications or similar essential
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office including Excel
  • Proven experience in management of Customer Enquiries and Complaints Dealer Escalations Customer Case Management Systems CSI and Customer Feedback Monitoring CPA and OEM Compliance
  • Strong written and verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Valid Drivers License and own Transport required
  • Contactable references and payslips required
Salary Structure:
  • Market Related Cost to Company negotiable based on experience
