Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Customer Care specifically within the Automotive Industry
Automotive OEM Level experience will be highly advantageous
Diploma in Customer Service Communications or similar essential
Strong proficiency in MS Office including Excel
Proven experience in management of Customer Enquiries and Complaints Dealer Escalations Customer Case Management Systems CSI and Customer Feedback Monitoring CPA and OEM Compliance
Strong written and verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
Valid Drivers License and own Transport required

Salary Structure:
Market Related Cost to Company negotiable based on experience
