Location:

This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days in our Atlanta office in Perimeter Center. Our office has free parking an onsite gym free lunches on Tuesdays snacks and fun activities with colleagues. Perimeter Center is walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops.

Job Summary:

As an HR and Recruiting Coordinator you will work closely with the entire HR team to support the employee life cycle at Juvare creating and ensuring an outstanding candidate and employee experience. You will support many aspects of human resources including onboarding talent acquisition and administrative support.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes including job postings interview scheduling offer letter coordination and new hire orientation.
  • Support and file contractor hiring paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
  • Coordinate employee training development programs and compliance tracking.
  • Support performance management processes and employee lifecycle activities (promotions transfers terminations).
  • Prepare HR reports metrics and documentation as needed.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding policies procedures and HR programs.
  • Assist with payroll coordination as needed and serve as a backup when the HR Manager is out of the office.
  • Help ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings preparing materials and maintaining calendars.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates for open positions through various channels (job boards social media and networking). If you havent done this before we will train you on how to do this!
  • Help screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Prepare and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve HR processes.
  • Prepare documentation for audits.
  • Assistance with immigration items such as I-9 verification visas and permanent applications as needed.
  • Occasional support to locations that may have different hours than the US such as Australia New Zealand India and Lithuania.
  • Assist with other projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Located in or near Atlanta GA
  • Bachelors degree in human resources organizational psychology business administration or other related field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of HR experience preferred
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (like Greenhouse) preferred
  • Experience with and comfort using and pulling data from an HRIS preferred
  • Strong Excel and other MS Office skills
  • You love the details and people tell you that you are detail-oriented
  • You are highly organized with a need to follow through and drive tasks to completion
  • Strong project management skills and interest
  • Strong interest and passion for human resources
  • Drive to provide an above expectations experience for everyone you encounter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
