Technical Project Manager (UBOS / Enterprise Systems)
Location: Remote with periodic onsite presence in Central Pennsylvania

Role Overview
Navitas Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support large-scale enterprise IT initiatives including software development infrastructure enterprise architecture and tolling back-office systems. This role sits within an IT Project Management Office and requires strong leadership across cross-functional technical and business teams.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in PMBOK-aligned project management Agile delivery ITSM processes and complex system integrations with proven experience delivering tolling back-office or similar large transactional platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver complex IT projects across the full lifecycle (Initiation through Closeout) using PMBOK methodologies.
Plan manage and track scope schedule budget risks issues dependencies and quality.
Coordinate internal teams vendors system integrators and contractors to meet project milestones.
Develop and maintain project artifacts including schedules roadmaps RAID logs communication plans and status reports.
Facilitate governance forums steering committees and stakeholder working sessions.
Oversee implementation and integration of enterprise platforms including contact center solutions telephony/IVR middleware and payment systems.
Manage cutover go-live deployment and post-implementation stabilization activities.
Support QA testing cycles UAT and operational readiness.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards security requirements and regulatory compliance (including PCI).
Fully document technical and functional designs test plans workflows impact analyses and lessons learned.
Build strong working relationships with business leaders technology teams and external partners.
Independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while adhering to organizational standards and policies.
Required Qualifications
7 years of IT project management experience delivering projects of varying complexity.
5 years of hands-on experience planning and executing a tolling back-office system including cutover and go-live activities.
Strong command of PMBOK project management principles.
Working knowledge of ITIL / ITSM processes (Incident Problem Change Release Configuration Management).
Hands-on delivery experience using Agile frameworks such as SCRUM and SAFe.
Experience managing software development SaaS implementations platform upgrades enterprise toolsets and infrastructure projects.
Proven experience with contact center technologies telephony payment platforms and middleware/integration solutions.
Strong vendor and system integrator management experience.
Experience developing test scripts supporting QA cycles and overseeing UAT.
Solid understanding of IT security fundamentals and compliance requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive-level reporting and presentations.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams resolve conflicts and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Education
Work Environment & Engagement Details
Role is primarily remote with required onsite presence approximately one week per month in Central Pennsylvania.
Additional onsite support may be required during go-live and post-implementation periods.
Candidates must be based in the Continental United States and able to travel onsite as needed.
Standard business hours with occasional pre-approved overtime.
Professional conduct camera usage during meetings and adherence to published IT standards are required.
