Job Summary

A civil engineering firm located near Woodbine MD is seeking a full-time Landscape Architect with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience. Job Responsibilities: Prepare planning documents including feasibility studies construction documents and subdivision/land development plans; Produce project designs/calculations plans and permit applications and coordinate with reviewing agencies; Conduct review and interpretation of ordinances and regulations. Job Requirements: BS Degree in Landscape Architecture Civil Engineering or related field of study; Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D software; Maryland State County and Municipal level regulatory experience; An understanding of and experience with the municipal land development and NPDES permitting process. #IND
