Support the Department of Health and Health Commerce System infrastructure with security IT security architecture infrastructure platforms application security monitoring tool administration/management and related business processes and workflows.

• Help architect develop and debug Java applications to support Health Commerce System.
• Create diagrams and documentation for application and infrastructure architecture.
• Design and implement security features like Single Sign-On OAuth and Multi Factor Authentication.
• Design and implement services to be used in a platform as a service architecture.

• Systems Architect Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e. a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement including a breakdown of the system into components the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment especially the user) and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.
• Expert 7 years: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
• 7 years of experience architecting service oriented architecture platform as a service infrastructure as a service and software as a service using IBM Datapower WSO2 API Manager WSO2 Identity Manager.
• 7 years of experience designing secure applications using security APIs transport and message layer security encryption and decryption algorithms for data security SAML OAuth Multi factor authentication.
• 7 years of experience as lead technical architect on technical projects of systems architecture engineering administration configuration troubleshooting performance tuning and preventative maintenance and security procedures.
• 3 years of experience in Google Cloud Identity Platform services.
• 3 years of experience of application deployment and monitoring using continuous Integration systems and application monitoring tools.
